The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We had a great stay of 3 nights. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the Onsen and our spacious room with 2 comfortable beds. The bathroom is quite new and everything is very clean.
There is free coffee and tea provided during the day.
I can highly recommend to stay here, especially if you plan to hike the nearby hills and mountains. You can easily relax there.

There was a good selection and choices of either Japanese or English breakfast. Staff very caring and when I dropped cutlery it was replaced immediately. Overlall an enjoyable relaxed atmostphere.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean, the rooms look like new. Great location, restaurants around. Sannomiya station 5 mins away. Only a 15 mins walk to shinkansen station. Of course, very small rooms - but you cannot expect huge rooms in Japan :) I really have no major complains and would stay there again for sure.
