The apartment was very clean and full equiped. Should you need anything the staff will provide you.
City center is 20 minutes by bus, Kyoto Station 5 minuts walking distance and there is a big mall in 2 minutes walking. Great!

The room was big and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choices and every day there were different varieties of dishes. They also have coin washing machines and a library with free tea and sweets between specific hours. It is 5-10 min walking distance from Toji Temple which is very beautiful. There is a bus station just in front of the hotel which has direct access to many attractions. Everything was perfect and if I came in back to Kyoto I would choose this hotel again.

Room was perfect for a family of 3. I liked the luxury aspect. Staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is at 5 min walk of the main station so very practical in terms of location and access to transport.

Very cozy and spacious room. The living area gave a taste of Japanese style with the tatami and the low sitting. We loved having this extra space to chill with the family after a day of visiting. The location is also very convenient.

Everything was perfect and super convenient; the location is amazing, the washer/dryer in the room is great for longer stays and the breakfast was delicious. To add, the interior design is very cool and unique, the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in and the bathroom amenities were really nice as well. I'm happy to have found a hotel that I would 100% stay at again on a future trip.

The room is very clean and near central station. The service was excellent, i had a problem with my low back and the female owner profided me an extra mattress, she brought our suitcases down stairs and even drove us to the central station because all the taxis were occupied !! This lady is a rare gem!
