An unforgettable experience! This was the first time my wife and I visited an onsen ryokan and we were completely blown away! The facility is settled in the middle of nature in complete serenity. You instantly notice great attention to the tiniest detail in how the place is kept and managed. We took the half board option with the private hot bath and we loved every bit of it. The water was at the right temperature (pretty hot) and the food was absolutely amazing. A big thanks again to all the staff, the service received was on a level that I had never seen yet in my life and we travel quite a lot..

Absolutely gorgeous place: a small cabin in the woods, very comfy and spacious, with a lovely indoor bath. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the dinner was abundant and excellent (the shabu-shabu beef was amazing), as well as the breakfast. We had a really lovely stay and would have loved to stay more!!

Staff service was over any expectations, they informed me about the transport situation before I got there and helped me arranging my trip back. The tea in the rooms comes from their fields and is so good. The facility has an old history and is well maintained and beautiful, no need to even mention the onsen inside..
