Everything was soooo amazing ….. we travel the world non stop and this place was so amazing I would recommend to everyone…. It has everything anyone could ask for. Not only was the hotel awesome but so was the staff , location and anything to do with this location is absolutely amazing and a must see and stay place during your lifetime.

Everything you need for a ski holiday is there. The ski concierge staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle makes reaching the ski lift super easy. The onsen inside the hotel is really nice. The staff are super nice.

The rooms are spacious and super well equipped.
Having a chromecast and a Bose speaker is a nice add!
The staff is really nice and helpful.
The hotel is quite quiet during off season, which is quite relaxing, perfect for us.
