The hotel was excellent! Great variety of food at breakfast (both Japanese/ Asian and Western types of food) and numerous delicious options for people with a different dietary regime. Plus several restaurants located in the hotel, where one could also have lunch, dinner and even in-room dinning. The rooms were quite spacious for Japan, especially to unpack and store our big luggages. Really comfortable beds and pillows, and sufficient amenities in the room/ bathroom. The staff was very friendly, responsive and attentive towards guests (both over phone and face-to-face) and almost everyone spoke English (which is not that common in hotels in Japan). We really appreciated our rooms being available before the check-in hour, as we had just arrived from a very long journey from Europe. Also, the location is good as well. Close to Dotonbori and several public transport stations. Overall, our stay in Osaka was amazing thanks to everyone at Centara Grand Hotel. Best hotel that we stayed at in Japan! Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Osaka a second time.

12 minutes to go to Umeda, center of Osaka, by subway but actually we did like the area of the Fraser Residence better. Reasonably low priced. As a morning runner, less than 500 meters away a baseball court you can run around (350 meters) without worrying about cars, bicycles etc. We made a wash daily while being in the Fraser Residence - perfect.

This apartment was beyond our expectations. The apartment was really big and there was enough space to even fit in a third person. Bathrooms etc was big and clean. Communication with the host was easy.

Amazing location. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with helping with luggage and informing us about the shuttle service to drop us off at Osaka station. Room was by far the most spacious we’ve experienced in Japan. Highly recommend.
