Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing.
Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like.
Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

everything - especially shower room without having to step in and out of bathtub to shower . shower was separated from toilet - wet and dry separated. the bed was so comfortable- Simmons although not sure which brand is the bed topper . own coffee machine is a real plus . own linkway to Whitney underground shops is the main plus too .
