We really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for making our anniversary a memorable stay. The welcome note, cookies and heart shaped towels were a nice touch. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great near the station. Our stay was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding staff: Rie (pronounced Rea) at the breakfast buffet, Emiko and Miho at the front desk.

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

I loved this elegant hotel, just next to Osaka Station! I was a little bit confused when I first arrived to Osaka, as I couldn't figure out at first how to get to the hotel. I soon realized though that its building is directly connected to the station, so I just had to cross a bridge, which was so convenient for our everyday commute! The room was at an expected size for Japan, the stuff very kind and helpful. The views were amazing!!

Loved the location. You are right at the main JR Osaka station. You can get anywhere from there. There are so many restaurants. The pokemon and Nintendo store are in the same building. You need to find the water clock outside. One of the most beautiful clocks in the world. Nice rooms. Not that much interaction with the staff. They are more hands off.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the staff were incredible! I had lost an item in a train station, and had a rough idea of where to find it. I let the staff know and they called the location, and arranged to have the bag delivered to me! They were so ready and willing to help, I felt taken care of from the first instant. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the hotel was just gorgeous in general. Very close to the Osaka Metro too. I loved staying here!

Big room, very clean and comfortable. Very nice extras! Loved the coin washdryer, very convenient and could even be paid by IC-card.
Bathroom looked completely new, water pressure of the shower was a dream, too. I could not ask for more.
