We appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the registration counter, especially when we ran into minor card issues; they were patient and efficient in resolving the matter. The decor, done in warm colors, made us feel comfortable and at home right away. The bathroom was a highlight with its advanced electronic equipment, showcasing the innovative side of Japan that we’ve always heard about — it surely left us questioning bathrooms elsewhere. The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated right at Tokyo Station, it felt like we had access to not just Tokyo, but all of Japan, especially with our JR Pass allowing us unlimited train rides. Despite the bustling activity with around 4000 trains passing through daily, the hotel was surprisingly silent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The unique Japanese breakfast experience was delightful and a perfect start to our mornings. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and Tokyo Station Hotel is a place we’d love to revisit.

I believe you can not get a better location than this in Tokyo. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had a great view, the staff were very attentive and again the location can not be matched. The apartment had all the necessary amenities :)
