Room was very clean. Bed slept just fine. There were a lot of facilities: kettle, refridgerator, bath, tissues. Airco in the room was so nice. And a lot of items to your disposal. We loved the look and the greenery. We would totally stay again.

Everything, from the location close to metro stations to the staff and clean room was perfect to help relax and enjoy Tokyo. The staff including the hostess Chikako were all extremely helpful and kind. I won’t hesitate recommending this ryokan for an authentic experience of living in a quaint neighbourhood in the heart of Tokyo.

The structure is located on the 38th floor of a skyscraper in a wonderful district of the city. it is located a half hour walk from the Ginza district. The skyline observed from the rooms is breathtaking. the Hotel has a very nice hall and has several restaurants inside; also frequented by locals.

Spacious and nicely decorated room with a cosy sitting are where we could chill after a long day walking around Tokyo. Location was great as well. Very close to the old fish market and also in walking distance to buses and metro. We liked the feel of the area as it was not quite as busy and crowded as other places in Tokyo. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helped us with restaurant recommendations, odering taxis etc. This was our first hotel on our Japan vacation and it really set the bar high for the others that followed.
