The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very kind and helpful. We actually lost the key to the apartment and they were very quick to provide solutions and were very understanding.

The attention to detail by the host is exceptional. Every item in the house is clearly labeled with neat English stickers, making it super easy to find and use everything.
