Host is from Shanghai and is friendly. He allowed us to put our luggage at the accommodation after check out and helped to send them to Shinjuku bus station. Accommodation is well equipped with washing machine (detergent and softener provided), hangers, a mini balcony to hang clothes and good WiFi etc.
Host allowed check in as early as 11am, quite flexible in terms of check in timing. Value for money and will definitely stay here again if I am back.
Location is nearer to Ōkubo JR station instead of Shinjuku station, which is 1 just 1 stop away. Convenient as there is a supermarket (opened until 11pm), family mart, lawson, post office and 24hrs eateries (such as sukiya) around the area.

Great place to stay as it is in a nice part of Tokyo and is very well connected to the rest of the city. Train station 2 minutes walk away. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in area.
