The place is exceptional! It's quiet in the rooms—no door slams, no street noise, nothing. The rooms are small but super cozy, very well-thought-out, with amazing light controls, a great bath, newly furnished, and overall very nice 🤌. The restaurant is outstanding in terms of food quality—no need to go anywhere else. Highly recommend this place.

Host: Very friendly person, also very helpful if you have any questions about Japan.
Airport pick-up/drop-off: available and worth it! After a long flight, the last thing I wanted to do was to commute into the city-his luxury minivan was very comfortable. Also when catching an early flight out, this can let me catch a 45 mins nap before my flight.
Location: located less than a km from the Okubo train station, this location can let you have a restful night but not live too far outside any metropolitan area.
Space: first impression was very clean, has a mini kitchen area, separated bathroom and toilet. A comfortable twin bed.
QOverall: if I ever were to visit Tokyo, I’d definitely rent from them again.

Location was very good in terms of accessibility to transit as we were less than 5 min away from 2 train stations. The staff were excellent, very helpful and extremely prompt in responses. Although the space was small (expected in Japan), the room was very efficiently laid out.
