A bit of a wild combination, traditional japanese-style rooms in a british-style hotel with Italian kitchen. Works out really well though. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Feels very posh to visit, though i guess for the price you pay that is to be expected. The rentable private rotenburo is great, although mosquitoes can be annoying. The indoor ofuro is great as well, and there is a yukata available in each room.

This is a brand new hotel. I recommend that u stay at least 2 nights and have the half-board.
The onsen is good as it is situated in the roof top of the hotel. The view of ureshino is great.
Dinner buffet comes with free flow of beer and sake.
There are also good facilities and lounge whereby you can enjoy reading a book.
Free tea and drinks throughout the lounge.

The full Ryokan/Onsen experience. Extensive facilities, like a bedrock bath that you don't find everywhere. The food was exceptional as expected, the chef was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. I would recommend to speak a little bit of Japanese to go here though.
