Staff were amazing, and the snacks/coffee/amenities downstairs for guests were great. the room was clean, comfortable, and even spacious for one person. Luggage dropoff and holding systematic and convenient. The elevator situation is really great - they're large, and there's more than one, so it's never a long wait, even at peak check in and out times.

Everything. You are greeted by kind staff at the reception and amazing smell. You could choose from a variety of toiletteries in the reception (including face care) should you need those, so not to be wasteful. Room was comfortable, designed pleasantly, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, coffee and water provided. Location was excellent, two steps from JR and metro station, not too far from main tourist attractions of Yokohama.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the capsule bed. It is very spacious, private and relaxing. The lounge area is cool, and the terrace provides a nice view of the intersection. The bathrooms are great as well and I felt really good staying here.
