We arrived at hotel very early morning. The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

The hotel is a 10min walk from Yokohama station. The room was spacious and the staff friendly. There is also a station nearby, which takes you to some of the main attractions in Yokohama.

I found the room size was just right for one person and the room was well equipped with all typical necessities. the location is fantastic as there are several major malls and the train station nearby. cleaning was done every 3 days which I found totally sufficient. staff is very friendly. the washer-dryer on the 4th floor was very convenient and efficient.
