The baths were so lovely and accommodating of kids. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. We didn't try the dinner as it was quite expensive and our kids can be fussy (and loud...) but it smelt amazing!!!!

The good part was that the our room is a separate building, good quality in food, and onsen. The place is clean and nice, with full of Japanese onsen vibe. What I really like was the pace of food they prepare and serve. Never rush, or late, just good in a timely manner. And of course friendly staff.

It is located in a very nice and easy to access area, which is just a few minutes walking distance to the Kinrinko Lake. The private bath and meals are great. The room is cozy with a high ceiling.
Mr Nakashima from the front desk always provided great help. He replies efficiently and effectively, even before my arrival. The two ladies that served dinner and breakfast were extraordinary, professional, and polite.

We loved everything about this hotel! Our room was lovely and the beds were comfortable, there were a couple of bugs around which is natural given the area so that was fine.
The onsen itself was amazing, especially the outdoor one, simply brilliant 😊
Breakfast was fantastic and filling with a view of the lake to enjoy with a lovely cup of tea.

The accommodation is well located. Super near the Yufuin JR station and there were many restaurants and mart nearby too. Accommodation was super comfortable and the bed is big! 3 rooms, 2 rooms with 2 super single beds and 1 room with tatami setup. The place was so clean and well-equipped. The host has been very helpful too whenever I had questions, deeply appreciate. Overall we enjoyed it a lot!
