Spacious room with private hot bath facilities. Dinner and breakfast are delicious and serve in private dinning room. Few staffs can speak Cantonese. Roy at the dinner serve us with great hospitality and is very professional. Compliment should be given to Roy. Location is walkable distance to the main shopping street.

Everything was perfect! Room was spacious, clean and everything was suitable for us with kid. Family onsen was lovely, breakfast and dinner was also great. The house is big with living room, dining, bedroom, toilet and bathroom seperately according to Japanese ryokan. The onsen comes with the perfect view of Yufuin city and mountains. The dinner and breakast were delicious and a lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. This was our perfect stay.

Property is an icon of Yufuin. Located on the edge of lake kinrin. It is tucked away from the crowd but walkable to the station, main street and flower village. The staff were very warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful breakfast there with a view of the lake. The property also has a very nice relaxing onsen with indoor/outdoor options

Excellent all around. Perfect for traveling with family. Fast response from staff. The place is cleaned and stock with everything you need. Love how the hot spring, it’s perfect to have the hot spring in the balcony. Can’t beat it when you can watch Netflix on a big screen while on vacation. Location of the place is perfect. Well worth the price. Will definite be back.

Beautiful facility with equally beautiful people who truly love what they do. The room was gorgeous, dinner and breakfast were truly spectacular.
