Beautiful room, wonderful food, excellent onsen, kind hosts. The ryokan is extremely well managed and comfortable- the food is great and varied- informal kaseiki with different dishes at every meal. The village is pleasant for a stroll, and very pretty at night. Overall a wonderful unique experience of traditional Japanese hospitality.

The location was really close to Yufuin station , facility was really clean and staff were. Sooooooo nice ,sweat!!!!!

Very luxurious! Room was huge with amazing private hot spring, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and friendly, super helpful and provided great service. Big shout out to the staff who helped us book a taxi to the station and also the staff who came to rescue as he could speak Cantonese and explained the process clearly!

Amazing stay, with multiple private hot springs. Room was as big as a house, very comfortable. Best meal we've had in Japan, and vegetarian made for us.

The accommodation is well located. Super near the Yufuin JR station and there were many restaurants and mart nearby too. Accommodation was super comfortable and the bed is big! 3 rooms, 2 rooms with 2 super single beds and 1 room with tatami setup. The place was so clean and well-equipped. The host has been very helpful too whenever I had questions, deeply appreciate. Overall we enjoyed it a lot!
