Absolutely outstanding! The stay was beyond my expectations: the location is wonderful, right near the forest, the room was spacious and top-notch clear, the facilities were excellent. They provide smooth check-in experience with a welcome drink and a welcome trip to Karura forest, and then during the evenings they give you some goodies for a good night sleep. The restaurants in the hotel were excellent too. Overall, I would highly recommend it.

Everything, my Kenyan people are the kindest in the world. They make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I had my 3 kids and they enjoyed everything. The free shuttle ride to Village market, makes things so easy when you just want to go out shopping. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel to families with small kids or multigeneratinal kids. I will definetly be back.

This is a gem of a property in a quiet part of Nairobi. It has a gorgeous garden and pool to relax in. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything needed. The option of food throughout the day was appreciated.

I booked this hotel for a one-night stay after our flight was canceled and our journey home was delayed until the next day. I chose the hotel because of its location in a safe area with good shopping options. We had a spacious suite with a kitchen, and it was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was really good. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant, which was good and reasonably priced. My kids had a quick swim in the pool, even though the weather wasn’t great, but it was a nice pool. The staff were very helpful, especially when it came to making sure we could get safely to the airport, as the city was shut down due to protests. I can definitely recommend this place.
