My flight was delayed, and I arrived late at night, but she arranged for a security guard, so check-in went very smoothly. The next day, I had a conference and needed a cab—she organized that for me too, and the taxi service she uses was fantastic. They were friendly and very punctual. Chef or chefs at hotel are excellent and are paying attention to detail. Fresh juices at breakfast, fruit etc. Dinners were also very good and well presented. Rooms are super clean. And modern. Staff are efficient and very helpful.

This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"
