The best hotel staff I have ever seen. They are very friendly, helpful and engaged every day. They helped us coordinate tours and activities around the area every day, arranged transport and ensured we had what we needed at all times. They prepared a cake for my friend’s birthday, balloons and decoration in the room. They offered a free transfer to the airport, and a late check out without any charge. Location is perfect, right around the corner from the main tourist hubs of Pub Street & the markets. Beautiful place with very nice decorations. Big rooms and good breakfast. The pool is fabulous, so pretty and clean. We will definitely come back and it will remain as a great memory for all my life.

The hotel is a great location for the museum then the temples. The pool is beautiful and perfect to cool off in at the end of the day or to start your adventures in Siem Reap. It's a short walk into the busy areas where you'll find something to suit whatever your taste at whatever time of day.. We were incredibly impressed with the vegetarian and vegan choice. The staff at Blanc Smith are incredibly kind, courteous and are so willing to help with anything. You must go here!!!

Swimming pool was amazing (but dangerous because of a slippery slope halfway), aircon worked great and in silence. Staff very nice and helpful and kind.

The staff is very helpful and kind. They can book a driver for you, book some activities in the hotel (cooking class, massage…) or in the city (aspara dinner show,…). The hotel is also very well located, near pub street and touristic spots are quite close and easily reachable with tuk tuk.

We liked everything about the Blanc Residence. the whole place was spotlessly clean. our room was very comfortable & serviced everyday with fresh towels. the aircon was almost too cold. A fantastic shower with plenty of hot water. WiFi worked well throughout the premises.The pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was good with choices available & they will make up a breakfast box for early starts. It is a family run business & they are all so gracious. You. an arrange your tours & onward travel at the hotel. A short walk from Pub Street with many restaurants nearby. Great value for money. This place was so good we extended our stay. Highly recommended.
