we loved everything about this property.
the staff were welcoming & helpful, the cafe downstairs is a brilliant addition & it smells amazing!
The room was gorgeous, brilliantly designed and had special classy touches like a gorgeous vinyl player, speaker, all different ways to make a tea or coffee and our favourite has got to be the art supplies provided.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room had everything you might need, even the floor heating.
The employee at reception gave a lot of good recommendations and showed us every attraction near the hotel (there are a lot) on the map they provided.
Also, we had bad luck with the weather, so all our clothes and shoes were soaked through. They offered us laundry, and when we said we had no time for it, unfortunately, they gave us a fan so we could dry everything in our room.
We really enjoyed our stay there, thank you!

Everything were great , nice location nice staff nice coffee etc... Prefect for group and family.
About the location, just a 3 mins walk from MTR Nampo stations , for those bring a big suitcase with you then use elevator at Exit 5. Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street is around the corner so you can get anything you want.
Staff are helpful and talkative, good to sharing some travel experience and learn a little bit Korean culture-)

Comfy beds, good breakfast. One stop to Busan station, 10 minutes to Jagalchi market. Bus station in front of the hotel. Clean rooms. When you are outside all day, you don't need more. Wowpass machine in the lobby.

Great location, 10 min by metro/by bus from the main railway station. Clean, the size of the room is amazing especially compared to other hotels in South Korea. Staff was friendly. There is Starbucks and convenience store directly in the building reachable by the elevator. Metro station is directly in front of the building.
