Mr. Shim is an excellent host. He is incredibly attentive and always there to help. We mentioned we wanted to ski and he made arrangements for us to rent the ski equipment at the Phoenix Ski Park. When we drove there, we were greeted so kindly and they even sorted our parking and sent us to the ski park and pick us up once we were done.

I just had the most amazing stay! The house was surrounded by gorgeous snow, perfect for fun snow sledding with the kids. Our host was super friendly and welcoming, even treating us to delicious pajeon when we arrived. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the bidet, total game changer! The location is great, near a bus stop an emart and by the park entrance. The room is very confortable and super clean. The comunicatio ( using a translation app) with the host was very quicky.

Holiday Inn & Suites Alpensia Pyeongchang Suites is located at the foot of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics ski slopes.
