From the entrace staff to the reception everyone so welcoming and friendly. Great location close to markets and shopping. Very good breakfast on 20th floor. Room spacious and very neat. And the cocktails on the ground floor, don’t miss that.

All staff were so kind and tried to make my stay comfortable and relax.
I made mistakenly paid breakfast, but the staff immediately checked and fixed.
My family when started short travel, hotel staff picked up taxi and also told driver the location she wanted to go.
Those are the example but I was so happy to stay this hotel

It's my 2nd time staying here (2 years ago I traveled with my sister) and I'm absolutely satisfied for what I receive for this price. The staff is very very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect even though I remember the part with steps may be a bit difficult if you have big luggage. I'm glad that breakfast now includes also boiled eggs. I definitely want to come back to Seoul one day again and I think 318 Stay will be my choice the next time :)

It’s absolutely a great place to stay in Seoul for few days, so close to Sindang station, you can walk just within a minute! Also the interior is clean and cute, host was so willing to help and was so friendly!
There are a lot of things you can use if you need such things as laundry or even having a coffee.
