The stay was flawless. The owner provided all information about how to get to the property and what to do by WhatsApp (SMS texting was also an option). The apartment is located in a neighborhood within an old building, but dramatically contrasts with it due to its modern reconstruction and having been fitted with much more than a typical tourist may need. And there's a fully automated coffee machine.

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. First filing when you reach this place is very upset but it is only outside. Inside is very nice and clean. Very comfortable to stay for short time for i think up to 6 person. And if long term and not couples then it 4 to 5 is very nice. I feel that this is like new facilities. It is more than fully equipped. Existing everything from salt to iron. It was really great staying there. This apartment like pearl in the sea of old fashioned flats.

Breakfast is great with lots of options.
Free and easy parking.
Family room is huge and very comfortable.
Dinner is very good and the bar service was excellent.
Location is good. Tran and bus in front of the hotel. (Bus 22 to airport). (Tram to old town Center less than 10 min… every 15min). Day pass (24h) to use bus+tram = 5€.

In my opinion, in terms of price to quality, this is the best option in Riga for a budget traveler. Agnskalns district, where the hotel is located, is part of the large center of Riga, from where all the main sights are about 20 minutes on foot across the bridge on the Daugava River. At the same time, prices are half as low as in the center. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable beds, large enough rooms, fast internet and an exceptionally rich breakfast included in the price.
