The Visa card from my country didn’t work here, and the staff who worked this morning of September 20 helped me buy a bus ticket for Naipyidaw. A very rare case of help - the first in my life, in fact, case of such help coming from a staff member!!! Bravo !

Hotel G is in an excellent location, a 5 min walk from downtown Yangon. The staff are all very professional and helpful. The restaurant is excellent, I had two great meals there, very reasonably priced and with a great vibe, many locals also seemed to be eating there. Would definitely go back when I am in town again.

All the staff were always really friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the hotel was quite grand. The room was very spacious and comfortable with good aircon so that we could get a good night's sleep in the heat. The location in Downton Yangon was handy for a lot of trips we did, although the immediate street of the hotel had some colourful nightlife but it was safe enough.

Location and stuff are perfect. Also there is a good restaurant with the best Tom Yam soup 10 meters left from the hotel. There was a breakfast and everyday housekeeping:)
