The owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Edgar gave us valuable advice on what to see and where to go. Also, he and the owner shared their favourite restaurants with us. They were close by and very tasty. There is a lot of thought put in the decorations, the place is very beautiful and nice to stay at. We got a parking space right outside the hotel. The rooms were clean and have a new air conditioning. The breakfast was fruit salad, an omelette of the day and a slice of cake. It was freshly done by two kind ladies. Enjoyed it a lot. The pool is great to refresh after a long walk through the city or to relax at and read.

The staff is really helpful and nice, we felt well welcomed! The room was amazing - very comfortable bed, nice big TV, hot water, great AC++! Rooftop pool was clean and nice, really enjoyed it early in the morning and at night. Emplacement is amazing, next to Paseo Montejo and still easily walkable to the Plaza Grande. Our favorite coffee shop was just 5min away (Soco) and other great options too. Would go again without hesitation. There was not a ton of guests which made it extra relaxing

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!

The owner, Sunita, is very welcoming and helpful, and so are all the other staff ladies: Carolina, Ale, Jessica (sorry cannot remember all the names and not sure of spelling). Unfortunately my wife and I do not speak Spanish but there was a good level of English from the staff so communication was not an issue. A couple of evenings there were live classical music concerts in the courtyard which was a very nice touch that enhanced the overall experience.The staff was also very helpful with organizing trips for us and we were also allowed to leave our luggage with them for a couple more hours after we checked out. Also, Sunita owns another hotel a minute away down the street that has a bigger pool and the guests from Treehouse can use that as well. We definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
