Loved the location . Clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved all the small touches . It’s really well done and (their insta doesn’t show how great it really is! ) we had a great time staying there . It’s lovely and clean ! The check in process was quite joyful .

The rooms here are brand new, and exceptional. Very comfortable, spacious, and modern. Waking up to greenery and birds chirping is lovely, as are the small touches like bespoke books included in the room for your pleasure. The staff, in particular Isaac and Roberto from reception, and Alexa as Client Services Manager were fabulous. Nothing was too hard, or too much to ask. Due to my work I travel frequently but often have fluid arrangements, which the hotel accommodated beautifully. They assisted in booking tours, providing wonderful recommendations to eat and shop locally too, and were so generous with their time. An abundance of bars and dining options within moments of this hotel, and walking distance to Condesa.

24/7 doorman was a plus as was the electronic entry into suite=no key to manage. Suite (two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area) was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, nice sheets and hot water on demand shower. Management was helpful and friendly. Centrally located to great restaurants, good shopping and sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great during our stay in Mexico City. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The facilities are just perfect. Spacious apartment, modern, and fully equipped. On top of that, all the services you would expect from a great hotel. Finally, the location is perfect in a great neighborhood. The rooftop with the pool is great too.

We stayed 5 nights at Octavio's cute apartment. The flat is super well connected to public transport and close to many important places in the city. Octavio gave great recommendations on what to do and overall it felt more like staying at a friend's house than in a hotel (plus the often mentioned breakfast, real home cooked Mexican food, and plenty of it!) We had a lovely time and would definitely come again!

The location is great (next to Rosetta Bakery) and the house really feels like a home in it's setup. The staff was lovely, breakfast just right, and the bed really comfortable. We did not have enough time to enjoy the roof terrace, but it was also nice from the way it looked.
