The hotel is a stunning apartment hotel. The rooms are very clean, and the service of the staff for me was a 10. Its location is excellent and close to the main street. Highly recommend the hotel. There is a pool, the area is closed to foreigners, so there is a sense of security. Although, the locals are very good people and welcoming to tourists. Highly recommend the Casa Eldo hotel.

Beautiful and natural environment, such a beautiful garden! It was calm, the next door food market place did not bother us, music stopped at 22.30. Host was really friendly and helpful, gave us lots of handy tips on what to do. Perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful place, a lush oasis which is so colourful and well-kept. The room was spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was well worth the extra cost. The owners are also really lovely and helpful! We actually extended our stay by one night and would definitely stay here again

The space is amazing. Extremely cozy, I felt like I did not want to leave the hostel. You have very nice spaces to chill, read a book, get in the swimming pool, relax and sun bath. I went to other hotels with a nice looking design but the spaces were not as well distributed as this one.
Lending the bikes for free is a super plus.
I wish I had stayed longer there. Plus, the staff is just super nice and friendly!

We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The location is excellent — you can easily reach the Tulum ruins and nearby cenotes by bike, and downtown is just a short walk away. The bikes for rent are quite affordable; they could be in slightly better condition, but they still got us everywhere we wanted to go.
One of the highlights was the Happy Hour at the bar, which created a great atmosphere to relax and connect with other travelers. We also loved the Movie Night.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hostel to others.
