Perfect location. 10 mins walk to city centre and less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Very accessible to everything from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly.
The room is spacious and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Towels were clean and the bed is so comfortable.

Everything. Alex is a little gem at a great location in Maastricht. We stayed in one on the smaller rooms which was very comfortable, bright, and spotless clean. Breakfast is super and staff are very welcoming and helpful.
