The atmosphere of the hotel is fashionable and pleasant, and the staff take the initiative to help, and their attitude is super friendly. You need a higher floor to have a slightly better view( But there are still buildings ahead). The price of the restaurant downstairs is slightly higher, but the taste is layered.The hotel accepts requests for late check-out depending on the situation, which is very useful for travelers with late-night flights departing.

Wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful, wonderful location and the staff is amazing from Rakesh (manager) to Milano (concierge) and Luciano (barman), everyone goes out of their way to help and make sure you are having a great experience. Highly recommend!

Loved my room- king with harbour view- had Sky Tower right outside my window too.
Room had everything needed for a perfect stay. Bed great. Pillows great. Bathroom great. Nice breakfast too. Great location for centre of town, restaurants. Bus stop to North Shore right outside the door.

This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!
