New built house, good location as it is not too far from town. House was very clean and warm, full kitchen appliances, 2 bathrooms toilets with toiletteries, hair dryer, towel dryer.
Parking was on street but there were plenty.

The apartment was clean, warm, and had everything we needed. I was surprised to find there was even milk in the fridge for us. It was quiet and close enough to town without being a pain to park. The instructions for entry came in plenty of time for our arrival and everything was very clear. Great value for money.

It's the best hostel that I've ever been to. We had a short city tour the next day, and the host/staff was informative and friendly. I found out many cool and nice places in Christchurch. Could see that everything was well maintained and built.
