The motel is very nice and the rooms are well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of parking. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for two nights and would highly recommend it. The location is very quiet and about a 20 minute walk from the city center and the riverside market.

The host, Wayne, was excellent. We were a large family group. The apartments were very clean & comfortable & had everything you'd need, super handy having a washing machine & drier in each one. Wayne was so friendly & was a great help with suggestions for places to park & visit. Based on his suggestions we visited the Botanical Gardens, Cafe & did theTram Tour. Thought the mattress on bed downstairs might be too hard, but actually ended up comfy & good night sleep. Thought the steps from bedroom downstairs up to kitchen/dining/lounge area might be too many for older members of the group (70's), but they handled them well. We also loved the Lime green Scooters available for hire around the area, cheap & easy to operate, even for us in our 50's. Excellent pub 5 min walk, just down the road, The Brewery, was a week night, quiet & excellent food.

The apartment was comfy, and clean. Will, the owner, was friendly, and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We may be coming back through Christchurch in the next month, and if so, will try and book again here.
