This hotel is very close to the airport. The staff are very friendly. Parking is very convenient and the staff will tell us where to park. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here back in 2009 and was glad to see it met the same high standards they achieved back then today. The beds alone is worth the stay as they are the most comfortable I've ever experienced at an accommodation. It's right near the Westfield and also right behind the Christchurch Botanic Gardens.

The 306 Motel Apartments offers modern accommodation with double-glazed windows, heating and electric blankets. There is also an outdoor area with picnic tables.

Very convenient to services, University, and easy to get to from the airport. Exceptionally clean, tidy, and peaceful in spite of being near a busy road. Carol and Phil are tremendously helpful, friendly, kind and informative.

Very clean and neat accommodation. Quiet room inspite location beside busy Riccarton Road. Walking distance to cafes and dining. Johnny was very helpful, leading us and opening door to our 3 bedroom apartment as we had many luggages. He also gave us good transport advice.
