We had a very good stay, very spacious with a kitchenette. Clean and easy access to public transport. Good choice for a place to stay in Dunedin for a couple of days.

The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to the center of town. the octagon maybe 10 blocks. Very close to the university. There were 2 couples in our group and having one bedroom on the main floor and another upstairs worked very well for us. There was a balcony which was great for breakfast in the sun. The unit was very spacious.
