Very easy to book online. Excellent communication from hotel staff. Arrived early so dropped off my bag and went to Te Papa museum & food shopping. Received call to let me know when my room was ready.
I would like to say 'thanks' to Fabien - extremely helpful and polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble for him.
A great stay and would highly recommend.
