The staff is so warm kind and extremely helpful in every way. Carmen was the best host as she greeted us each morning with wonderful breakfast options. They even packed us a bag to go when we left for Machu Picchu very early one day during our stay. Breakfast options included coffee or tea, fresh rolls, cheese and ham, butter and jelly, fruits with yogurt and granola and eggs where Carmen shined by offering us whatever style we wanted. The accommodations are quaint and comfortable and we felt like home. Tea is offered at all times on your floor.

Food was absolutely wonderful, it’s the true highlight of our stay. We LOVED their food - amazing breakfast and amazing dinner. Service is next level - super friendly, very attentive and caring. We’re usually always cold and freezing so they took extra care to ensure our room was warm all times, this is what we appreciate.

All staff was very friendly, from reception, cleaning people to the people serving breakfast upstairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. Two highlights: fantastic breakfast in a fantastic patio. Superb location, 2 minutes from Plaza de Armas.
