Oh my goodness where do I even start?! What a stunning hotel. I felt like a 5 star princess from the moment I landed to my very last day. The staff is so kind and helpful. Their energy is warm and loving. The facilities are modern and fantastic. The restaurant has great food. Oh my goodness the buffet breakfast??? I wanted to cry every morning cause of how good it was. I legit wish I could live here. I will be back! Thank you for making our holiday so pleasurable. It was worth every dime we spent & MORE ✨✨

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the beach, at the quiet end of White Beach, with a nice garden. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and supportive. Our room was spacious and nice. The hotel is not new, so don't expect the facilities to be ultra-modern, but everything was more than OK with regard to cleanliness as well. The staff helps with arranging activities, and provides fixes if something does not work out as planned.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room!
Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!

The hotel staff was incredibly kind. We appreciated their care in arranging a boat trip and massages for us. Their attention to detail was commendable. The location was great, and the Mayas restaurant at the hotel added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience.
