There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. I have been to a few of their branches in the Philippines as well as London. In my humble opinion, this is the best one in the Philippines.

Great facilities and staff who went above and beyond everyday. Elgie the owner of the apartment was a fantastic host, as he provided me with instant answers to my questions and was a great resource for all that is Boracay Island. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen works well everything is new and we absolutely loved the pool and fitness room. A great private beach close by, it's an excellent place to stay for a week or for months. We stayed a month and would have loved to stay longer.

The private beach was amazing. Clear waters, clean beach and some small shops with good food. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it is very doable.
All of the staff are also very nice and hospitable. You can ask them questions anytime.
The breakfast buffet is also good, i especially enjoyed the pancakes.
