The superb hospitality from the front desk, breakfast and pool bar staff. The comfort and space of the room. The location smack dab in downtown Funchal. The impreccable service offered when booking restaurants or needing instructions on routes and calling cabs on my behalf. The apartment had absolutely everything you need for self catering. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Washing machine facilities. More importantly unbelievable sea views. Very spacious self contained apartment. Additional extras available were shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cleaning products, tennis rackets, snorkeling fins, books, brochures, bottle openers, salt / pepper, sandwich wrapping, spare shopping bags.... you name it, it was present. Bars restaurants and shopping near bar. An unbelievable pastry place around the corner. Also traditional sea food restaurant. Walking distance to Funchal. About 40 minutes of stunning views and nice places to take a break along the way.

The owner was a very very very nice person,he welcomed us nicely,warmly and kindly,paid for our parking that time we met,gave us wine and cookis in the apartment. Check out easy only leave the keys there. There was a washing machine and a gel capsule that we needed. There is a spar right there and many restaurants in the street and cliff views Very modern good taste decor I highly highly highly reccomend it
