The man at reception was fantastic. He was incredibly helpful and professional. One step ahead of us, as guests. Fantastic gym. One of the best hotel gyms, especially for the small number of guests. The breakfast was also outstanding. Definitely a 5 star hotel.

I appreciate the message from the host that our apartment was ready earlier than expected. He provided us with the code for the key and WiFi password which was very helpful. Also where to find some extra blankets. There were bottled water and coffee pods for us and the apartment was stocked with some necessities, i.e. Salt and pepper. The apartment is close to the tower of Belem and Pasteis de belem. It's in a beautiful area of Lisbon. Parking was easy to find and an easy drive to the airport. Its a beautiful, cute apartment. It was fine for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 teens. We only stayed for one night as we were leaving the next day for our flight home.

I really liked how clean the property was when I arrived—it made a great first impression. The location is also ideal, close to key attractions, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my 10-night stay. There were plenty of amenities available, and the mid-stay cleaning service was excellent. Checking in was seamless, as I received the entry code beforehand, and it was easy to communicate with the team via WhatsApp if I needed anything. I also ordered food during my stay, and the staff kindly helped me bring it to my apartment. Every interaction I had with them was positive—they always had a smile on their face and even gave great local recommendations, like visiting the MAAT museum.
