I got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the same level which made it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel, in between the city center of Khobar and the Dhahran Expo center, is very good for traveling to both places. Free parking space just in front of the hotel.

It definitely exceeded my expectations! It made our first experience in the eastern province amazing. The hotel was new and clean!!! In a great neighborhood that had a lot of restaurants and activities near by. The receptionist Yousef is very accommodating, helpful, welcoming, and never turned down any requests we had.
