We arrived slightly before 4pm and was greeted by Abdul Majeed. Being our first time at this hotel, we were mentally prepared for the long checking after reading reviews of other neighbouring hotels along the clock tower area. Alhamdulillah, check in was quick as there were no one else checking in at the reception. Abdul Majeed offered an upgrade and late check out which came as a surprise as we had booked this hotel at the very last minute (2 days before arrival) with not much room type selection. Location of the hotel to haram is directly accessible via escalators. Hotel lift comes very fast unlike some review from other hotels where lifts can get crowded during peak period. Bell boy service was prompt as well. Overall, We truly enjoy our stay and had a memorable stay in makkah. Insha Allah we will be back to stay for our next umrah. Well done to the hotel team.

The staff is very polite, the hotel is also conveniently located, it is very easy to get to the Haram. The breakfast is also very delicious, the chefs, waiters and servants there are very good. I would like to say a special thank you to Ailalhrbi, Saud, Hussein. I hope to see you again.
