From the minute we arrived at Phuket Airport to the time of drop of to when left Phuket Airport was "A" grade first class. Absolutely everything. The gym has plenty of group classes, HIIT is extremely challenging and the triador Mary is encouraging. The staff are super professional and friendly. The restaurants are a bit pricey but it's worth it, the food is great. The clinic has several offers of consultation and exams, very good and at affordable prices.

The staff were very friendly and always genuinely concerned about making us feel at home. The facilities were excellent — both the rooftop pool, which was beautiful, and the jacuzzi were highlights of our stay. The food was good and reasonably priced. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay there again.
