I had breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant for the duration of my stay and it was first class service. Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.

Highly recommend this resort! Bungalows are very spacious, clean, with good air conditioning and a big balcony. Little touches that make big difference - clean beach towels every day; beach bag/basket; bottled water, tea, coffee, fresh flowers in the room; bikes to go around and explore the area; motor bikes can be rented out. Staff is very nice & friendly. Vee helped us with any queries and organised 4 excellent tours. Food is delicious! Tourists from resorts nearby came here for dinner. My favourite was a fruit plate served every morning for breakfast. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool. Plenty of sun beds at the beach and by the pool. Most of the days, there were only a handful of people in the sea and at the beach, which is miles long. Resort itself is big enough, with abundance of exotic trees, plants, flowers, and some wildlife. There is a big library there as well - read 2 books from it. Exceptional place and great value for money! Complements to Vee and the crew!

Nat is the most amazing host. She helped me organizing transfer, tours and she also gave me very good recomendations regarding places to visit, restaurants, etc Such an amazing place to stay in Khao Lak for sure and very close to the market and well conected. Calm, quiet and beautiful location. The hotel is new and you can appreciate the details and the rooms are all new. Jo, is a very smiley and reliable person, always available via WhatsApp for every kind of query. I booked 2 different reservations in the same week. The second booking was supposed to be in another room, but Jo let me stay in the same beautiful room with a private pool included, and for the same price. On the last day I had to check out very early in the morning (due to an island tour I booked earlier), so I left all my luggage inside the room, and Jo informed the staff to move my stuff in the reception. I came back to take them at 6pm, so kind and quick reply. Highly recommended.

The hotel is even better in person than it appears in the pictures. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is also well-equipped and roomy. The pool in the room has a comfortable temperature and is always clean. All the staff are ALWAYS friendly and show genuine interest. Special mentions go to the bellboys Tom & Jerry, as well as Tenya at breakfast and the bar. The breakfast buffet is extremely varied, offering great local and international dishes. As a fitness enthusiast, you’ll also get your money’s worth in the top-notch modern gym.
