Everything! The location, the staff and the amenities were all perfect. Really lovely hotel and the staff couldn’t do more to make the stay perfect. We travelled with our 3 year old and the location was great to get around by public transport as well as being right opposite the mall. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and can’t wait to stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff so thoughtful at my husband's 50th and resolved issues with us having our passports at the visa office. They upgraded us so grateful for that too. The lobby spa smell is divine, the beds and pillows provide a dreamy sleep!
