Amazing Resort, located by the beach with wonderful 2 pools (i wasnt expecting the 2nd one). Staff is very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious too (not many offers but still good variety of things to chose from). I would definitely go back if going to Koh Chang again.

The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

Amazing stay! It's located in the best side (south side) of Kai Bae beach, which is much quieter and has a few shady spots. Main strip is also acceptable and in walking distance, but the accom provides a shuttle service anyway The property itself had great views and the grounds were laid out so there's chill out areas which had a nice vibe. Snorkels were also provided. Room was really nice and comfortable/high quality and has everything I needed and again, breathtaking views. Staff were also all very nice and helpful too!

Just 8 km from Laem Ngop Pier, The Chill Resort and Spa, Koh Chang is a boutique resort located at Kai Bae Beach. Rooms feature a private terrace and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The staff makes it all!!! Without an excellent staff you don't go anywhere. Here they were friendly and very service minded. The beds were excellent.

Serenity Resort Koh Chang is situated in Ko Chang, 1.5 km from Centrepoint Ferry. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and communal pool that overlooks the sea.

We liked the remote and quiet location away from the busy tourist area. In this location you should have your own mode of transport, then all is well.

The place was an absolute paradise dream. The staff were amazing and super friendly and made out stay pleasant. Nook was amazing will miss out chat and laughter.

Everything about the garden resort was brilliant. Mause was fantastic and made sure everything was looked after. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order every morning, the pool and grounds were well kept and staff very friendly. The location is ideal right in the center of everything and 7-11 is right outside the door. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Koh Chang we will definitely be back!
