The staff were always smiling, very nice and kind. Massages at the spa were divine! You can hear the sea during it and it's the best experience. Sunsets are beyond beautiful. Lym's restaurant is a separate establishment, but works very well in symbiosis. Their food is amazing and we loved the prices too! Coconut just 60 baht, and same for the beer during happy hour. Escape cafe was also wonderful with their craft coffees. We wish Long Beach Chalet a long and prosperous business and we hope to come back one day.

Everything! Close to restaurants and the beach, the guy on the desk helped us with travel plans trips and advice on where to go next. Also you can order breakfast to be delivered to your room at your chosen time 🫶🏽 and the sunsets from the beach are breathtaking..

So chill and nice place. Went off season so it werent so many people there, but still perfect and relaxing. The whole place is such a awesome place at the beach, recomend!! The pool is also really nice and next to the beach. The staff is so kind and helpful. Nice with the bar at beach and restaurant.

Beautiful and newly renovated rooms, that are spacious and cozy. The hotel has a really calm vibe to it and sits right on the beach. Enjoy the lovely ocean view right from the bed and wake up to the sound of the waves. I don’t think I have had a more zen experience. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the owners are a British couple that also work and stay here and they made us feel really welcomed. We could book boat trips and scooters and get them delivered right to our doorstep. I never write reviews but I decided to do so now for the first time because we really enjoyed our stay and others should know what to expect.

The perfect balance between luxury, comfort and thai-authenticity. we can’t think that there is a better place to stay in Koh Lanta (or even any island in Thailand?!). The food was some of the best we found on the island. The staff exceptionally helpful and kind. Thank you Nee, Daa, View, Nat and the other restaurant staff whose names we unfortunately did not get. The laid back atmosphere and good service around the pool and even on the beach, made for a very relaxing stay. Facilities are modern, neat and clean. Cleaning staff were professional, efficient and quick. The bar and restaurant menu is comprehensive and food and drinks really well made. Rooms had everything you need, and stylishly decorated. Transport, scooter, massage etc services can be conveniently booked via reception. Sunset-watching from the pool and beach a highlight of every day. The location is also good for exploring the rest of the island by scooter - although you almost don’t need/want to go anywhere else. A world class resort. Sam and Jackie (owners), did an amazing job renovating, upgrading and re-opening this resort - thank you!

The bungalow was very nice, very clean and very exotic. The shower is great. We stayed in a room without air conditioning but fan was enough. Nice porch. Nice facilities. Well manicured yard. 100m to the beach. Beach has rocks but you can walk 700m to beach with sand. Owner is very nice and very helpful.

We liked the beautiful resort with a big pool and a few steps to the beach immediately. The resort is very tastefully furnished and decorated by the owners. It is also obvious that the owners take care of the whole resort with love and pleasure.There is also a pleasant sitting area in the lobby, where it was possible to have a delicious breakfast every morning. Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks in the lobby bar. Very kind and helpful owners living right in the resort. Highly recommended!

Everything! Location, facilities, food, staff - all exceptional! There were also small touches that we have enjoyed a lot - vitamin shots for breakfast, attention of the staff, lemon grass spray etc.

Unexpected facilities. Worth money. Friendly staff. Car parking have. Staffs helps us for open lights to swim at night. Clean bathroom and water pressure was good. Room bed was superb! That fresh aromatic smell was great. Swim pool was great and clean. Location was near to all facilities. Next time must book here.

We highly recommend Baiyok House! It was close to the sea and many good restaurants/coffee shops! The staff was incredible and so so friendly and helpful. Baiyok herself is so sweet and kind and would do everything to make your stay memorable. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and the shared space is really nice as well. We also rented a scooter there and it was the best quality we have had so far in Thailand. Couldn’t recommend more!
