The hotel looks beautiful and is decorated tastefully. Everything is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The best thing about this hotel has to be the service. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and the little gestures they made to make our stay extra special really made us say that this is one of the best hotels in Turkey! Location is good too. It is easily within walking distance of some landmarks and eateries.

This hotel offers stylish rooms near the Parliament House. It has an indoor pool (swiming cap should for pool) a terrace and spa.

Staff, number one, I left my coat with my passports and considerable amount of Money in lobby overnight, and the day after I was called by reception and my coat was delivered to me with all moneys and passports inside, I congratulate to the owner of hotel, Mr. Osman first and to hotel management also very staff member who are fantastic people. It is very valuable to have such personnel at this time. breakfast fantastic, staff on top of everything, location number one, all amenities very good, that you can not expect more from a 50+ years old 5 star hotel, I have been in Ankara twice and only at this hotel. congratulation for the Hotel for everything.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. The reception staff were extremely helpful and acceded to all our requests. The room was cleaned all the time and i had this homely feeling. All basic commodities were supplied at all times. The breakfast was very healthy.

Location is great, staff very attentive and helpful. Exchanging Euros/Lira could easily be done in the hotel with a good exchange rate. Room was spacious and clean.
