A lovely hotel with excellent service. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was excellent and the same goes for the restaurant and room service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Very friendly and flexible staff, and a real nice and clean hotel. We had a spacious room on the interior side, which was very calm, but the hotel is in a calm street anyways. There is also a common garden and kitchen where coffee and tea are non-stop available. Public transport (metro, boat) to move around in the city is close-by and excellent location to enjoy Moda.

I really loved the hotel. This is my third time in this lovely hotel. The service was excellent location is the best in istanbul every thing is nearby, and the hotel management were so helpful, especially Mr. Owz the owner of the hotel . he gave good care to the customers and was very helpful. I will for sure stay in the hotel next time and any time I come to Istanbul at this area price is very reasonable for value we got and service. the hotel was very clean and higgeen and the room was always tidy when we came back to the room .

I had a fantastic stay! This beautiful old house has been renovated with exceptional taste — you can feel the quality and elegance the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is amazing and full of good vibes.
My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. I slept incredibly well. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. They are hardworking, warm, and genuinely dedicated to making every guest feel taken care of. They made sure I was comfortable right up until I left for the airport.

The location is fantastic. The apartment is located in the heart of Kadiköy, close to all the district's attractions, yet on a quieter side street. It's also very close to the metro and the port with a ferry crossing across the Bosphorus. Communication with the owner is exemplary. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
